I have been buying this same hair from HSF since 2018. Check your records. It is not the same hair. This hair gets tangled and matted. Never before. I am glad you asked for a review since i was planning to write to you. Very disappointed. Even my stylist made the comment. Something is not right about this hair.

I’m loving this hair! It doesn’t tangle too bad and all you need to do is mist some hot water on it and the curls pop!! Very lightweight as well! Lots of volume! I purchased 8 packs and only needed 3 1/2 because my stylist separated the single strand into two. So I have more than enough to do this style again. I used the 1B and the 1B/27.
