Return Policy

Please note that all return options incur a flat fee of $7.99.

Return Process:

1. Use our self-service Return Portal to print your return shipping label.
2. Package your item(s) securely and drop them off at the nearest U.S. Postal Service location.
3. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, allow up to 2 business days for us to process your return.
4. After processing, please allow an additional 2-4 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date the order was shipped.

Additional Information:

• The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
• If your paid balance falls below the $59 free shipping threshold after deducting the returned merchandise, a $4.99 shipping charge will be applied.

International Returns: Currently, we do not accept international returns. If you encounter any issues with your international order, please contact us at support@hairsoflyshop.com.
