Order Processing & Dispatch

Place your order by 3 PM US Eastern Time to ensure same-day dispatch for eligible items. Orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

All standard HSF Shop orders are shipped from our Virginia, USA location.

Please note: HSF Marketplace orders, especially smaller ticket items, may require additional processing time as these products are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers in China. These items do not qualify for same-day shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on supplier processing times and international transit.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier's website.

If tracking does not update immediately, please allow time for the carrier's system to refresh. Your order is on its way and tracking updates will become available as it moves through the shipping network.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Orders placed after 3 PM ET on Friday, or during weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
