The box shouldn't arrive to customers. That's a red flag. Outside of that, the hair is amazing.

This is a beautiful wig. As always the Butta lace is very easy to work with. The wig looks different brushed out. The curls kind of spiral together but it’s very pretty. I suggest watching a YouTube review so you can get an idea. My cons are that I wish it were a bit shorter. They give you length but it is thin on the ends (which you can see in the model photo). Also a heads up to be mindful if you hot comb to flatten the roots. I took my comb too far down and straightened too much at the top. That’s my bad though- it really is such a pretty unit!

Pretty wig! It wears easily and I received lots of compliments. I rated it a 4 because it's too long for my taste. In my opinion, 20" to 22" would be the ideal length for comfortable, every day wear. And it does tangle, so be careful. Otherwise, it is a nice wig that I may consider purchasing again.

I LOVE this wig. This wig comes with a sewn in headband that is EXTREMELY comfortable. As someone who suffers from migraines and with a small head, I've used the headband and put my adjustable straps close together and have yet to receive a headache. I also would say this wig is big-head friendly because I still have a lot of room in the back of the cap. Overall, I love this wig; the color is beautiful!!! Sensationnel did NOT disappoint.
