Very upset both ponytails matted pretty badly after the first wear. I got the products for myself initially but decided to style my twins hair with them instead. After the first use it matted bad enough to get caught on the back of their sweaters. I was so sad I was really hoping the girls would have their hair styled adorable for their upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday. (If I have not stated previously, both of my twins are eight and their responsible for their age meaning they will take their ponytails off when they get home and put them back inside the packaging and the net).
