This is the first wig I’ve ordered from your company that I did not like. The back of the wig sticks up. It does not lay down on the neck. I didn’t like the style. It sticks up too much in the top with no particular style.

I was disappointed because I paid extra for UPS delivery and did not get it when promised. I could have paid for USPS delivery which was cheaper and received it the same time. When I contacted HairSoFly to find out why there was a delay in shipping, I never rec'd a response.
