I was disappointed that the wig wasn't as shown in the display. I was hoping for it have more salt & pepper throughout as in the picture. Actually the wig has about 10% gray. As for HAIRSOFLY, their customer service and delivery of the product was fantastic. Because of their sincere service, I ordered 2 more wigs from them. Also, because I wasn't satisfied with my purchase, upon explaining my disappointment, they willingly sent me a return label. Thank you HAIRSOFLY.

It wasn't the color that I thought it would be with the original model's hair but my little girl did it and she thought it looked like the one that the original model with the blondes and the British Colorado but it wasn't but people saw me in it and they really didn't like me and it is a little darker than the hair that I usually wear but I guess I'll have to try to order another 1 later

I love this wig. I told a friend I had a wig on and she couldn't believe it. I wish the length was 2 in longer. The wigs (I ordered 4) were shipped quickly. Great customer service. I will be sticking with HairsoFly for my wigs.

I was a bit hesitant about buying this color 3T333 but decided to try it since I'm not yet fully accepting of gray. I'm always staying in my comfort level of 4 but I thought this would be a softer color for my age (74) and skin tone. So very happy I made the decision. I love the color! I get lots of compliments. The hair quality is fabulous and the volume is just right - full but not too much hair. This is my go to wig and color and I've ordered another. I'm going to see if they have a similar style in a lace front for the heat waves of summer.

This wig was a bit dull and dry when arrived use wig products to give it luster and shine, after a week of wearing it begin to look as if it was more than four months old and not taken care of. The ends were tangled constantly and looking like frayed wire. No matter what was done I have never had a wig do this by the end of a week human or synthetic. I give this particular product 1 1/2 stars out of 10
