Parcel Lockers are located in your local post offices. Please manually pick up your package if you receive a notice.

- Select the items to return, and send it off when you can.
- Return label will be emailed to you once authorized.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. It will automatically deduct from your total refund balance. Original shipping cost is not refundable as well.
Do you do exchanges?
We do not support exchanges at this time. Only refunds will be given. You will have to place a new order.
Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Please print the shipping label and drop off the package at the nearest US post office.
If you decide to use your own shipping provider
Please include the order number and email address used to place the order inside the returning package.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours. We may charge 10-20% restocking fee depending on the condition of returned items.
What items are returnable?
Items purchased in the last 30 days. Please note that time period begins when customer places the order, not when customer receives order.
