I usually get this hair and I never have a problem until now… but this time, the packet was too soft where you can’t braid it… it undo itself… so upset that I have to keep it in ponytail… ! Sucks!

I don't cut the hair until it's in my head to shape it to frame my face and add layers but I love this hair! 4 bags & 11 cornrows and it has me set every time.
